WHAT IS A PIONEER CREW LEADER?
We are seeking remarkable individuals and educators who want to make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. We are offering a limited time opportunity to bring the Compass Kids program to children in your community at no cost to you or your organization.
ELIGABILITY
If you answer yes to all these questions, you are exactly who we are looking for!
1. I have read the Compass Kids Mission Statement and Guiding Principles and share this passion for improving the lives of young people.
2. I am willing to commit 1.5 hours per week toward preparing for and hosting a Compass Kids Crew for a period of 12 weeks.
3. I will obtain written permission to attend meetings from parents for each participant (individual crews) or send home letters explaining the program (provided for educators and community centers).
4. I am willing to provide Compass Kids with specific feedback, testimonials and participate in promotional activities outlined in the Compass Kids Pioneer agreement.
5. I am willing to facilitate Compass Kids meetings in alignment with program guidance and suggestions.
