Through every meeting, activity and interaction with our participants, the Compass Kids organization strives to do the following for our participants:
1. Strengthen ability to process emotions.
2. Increase confidence in decision making abilities.
3. Instill an awareness and appreciation for individuality.
5. Strengthen interpersonal, conflict-resolution and de-escalation skills.
7. Build self-awareness and self-confidence.
4. Increase appreciation for different points of view.
